ABOUT
MY PRACTICE
Since
being called to the Bar of Ontario in 1976, Jack Zwicker has
practised corporate, commercial, property and estate law both as a
solicitor and as a barrister. Since 2000 he has turned that
combination of skills to the fields of negotiation and mediation,
working with clients who are dissatisfied with the expense,
stress, uncertainty, delay and opportunity costs associated with
litigation.
Because the problems which clients face in the fields of
corporate, commercial, property and estate law sometimes do not
depend solely upon each side simply 'giving and getting', Zwicker
Dispute Resolutions encourages clients to collaborate, where
necessary, with experts in fields such as banking, financial
management, and accounting by building expert participation into
the mediation process.
Jack Zwicker adopts a problem solving approach during mediation
which encourages clients to satisfy their interests by being both
practical and creative at the same time. Zwicker Dispute
